PAK V NZ: New Zealand and Pakistan Squad for T20I & ODI

PAK vs NZ: The much-awaited limited-overs tour of  New Zealand to Pakistan is scheduled to kick off on April 14, 2023.

The Black Caps will engage in a thrilling series of five T20Is and five ODIs against the home team, spanning across three cities.

The tour will commence with the T20I matches in Lahore and Rawalpindi, with the first three games scheduled to be held at the Gaddafi Stadium on April 14th, 15th, and 17th.

The series will then shift to Rawalpindi, where the fourth and fifth T20Is are slated to be played on April 20th and 24th, respectively, at the Pindi International Cricket Stadium.

After the T20Is, Pakistan and New Zealand will remain in Rawalpindi for the first two ODIs scheduled for April 27th and 29th.

Subsequently, they will travel to Karachi for the third, fourth, and fifth ODIs, set to take place on May 3rd, 5th, and 7th, respectively.

The T20I matches are slated for a 9:00 PM PST start time, while the ODIs will commence at 3:30 PM PST.

New Zealand tour of Pakistan: Debutants to look out for

PAK VS NZ: New Zealand’s tour of Pakistan will begin on April 14th. Babar Azam and Tom Latham’s sides will fight tooth and nail to win the five T20Is and the five ODIs between them.

The cricketing boards of the two countries have named impressive sides for the T20I and ODI series in Pakistan. They have introduced promising new players that would make the series thrilling.

Pakistan have included batter Saim Ayub in the ODI squad against the Black Caps.

The left-handed batter made his T20I debut in the recently concluded three-match series against Afghanistan in the United Arab Emirates. He amassed 66 runs at an average of 22.00 and a strike rate of 115.78.

Fast-bowler Ihsanullah’s impressive performance in this year’s Pakistan Super League earned him a place in the ODI squad. He was the Player of the Tournament for his 22 wickets.

It is pertinent to mention that the right-arm pacer, like young batter Saim Ayub, burst onto the international scene in the three-match T20I series against Afghanistan.

He bagged six wickets in the bilateral series with the best bowling figures of 3/29 in the third and final fixture.

As far as the Kiwis are concerned, they have roped in bowler Ben Lister and all-rounder Cole McConchie for the three ODIs.

Ben Lister has played three fixtures and taken three as many wickets for New Zealand.

Cole McConchie, on the other hand, has represented the Black Caps the in five T20Is. McConchie scored 32 runs at an average of 16.00 and a strike rate of 114.28.

As far as his bowling record is concerned, the right-arm spinner has bagged seven wickets with best figures of 3/15.

The PAK vs NZ will begin with the 20-over matches in Lahore and Rawalpindi.

The first two ODIs will also be played in Rawalpindi, and the rest three ODIs will be hosted in Karachi.
