KARACHI: The government of Sindh collaborated with the World Bank to make Lyari’s Kakri Ground an international standard sports complex.
As per the decision, the turf will be laid on the football ground of the sports complex. A jogging track of 2.4 meters in width, will also be built around the football ground.
The indoor sports complex will be converted into a three-story ‘multi-purpose building’.
A football practice ground will also be renovated. Moreover, the project also includes the up-gradation of the Boxing Arena and the existing Gymnasium.
The project will be completed by the Sindh government in collaboration with World Bank.
